Booking & 50% Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.
The retainer is applied toward your total service balance. Your date is not considered reserved until the required retainer has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 2 days before your event unless another written payment arrangement has been approved.
Services may not be provided if the required balance has not been paid by the applicable deadline.
Client-Provided Alcohol
The client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages needed for the event.
AquaHolic provides professional bartending services and the products, supplies, and equipment specifically included with the selected package.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the 50% retainer.
AquaHolic may reschedule when necessary due to illness, severe weather, equipment malfunction, emergencies, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Event Time & Additional Hours
Bartending service begins at the agreed-upon event time.
Client, guest, venue, or vendor delays do not automatically extend the contracted service period.
Additional hours are subject to bartender availability and must be approved and paid before the additional service time begins.
Guest Count & Additional Guests
Package pricing is based on the guest count provided during booking.
Guest-count changes should be communicated as soon as possible. Applicable additional guest charges must be paid before service for the increased guest count is provided.
Location, Travel & Venue Fees
The client is responsible for venue-related expenses including parking, valet, admission, permits, access charges, or other location-specific fees.
Standard booking pricing includes travel within 30 minutes of Miami, Florida.
Events outside the included service area may require an additional travel fee, which will be communicated before the event.
Mobile Bar & Bar Area
AquaHolic’s physical mobile bar setup is an add-on unless specifically included with your selected package.
If AquaHolic will be using a bar area provided by the client or venue, that area must be clean, accessible, and ready for service before the bartender arrives.
Event Details & Changes
Clients should provide important event details, venue requirements, special instructions, and requested changes at least 3 days before the event whenever possible.
Major last-minute changes involving location, guest count, service requirements, setup, or event time are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Age, Identification & Alcohol Service
Alcohol will only be served to guests who are legally permitted to consume alcohol.
Bartenders may request valid government-issued identification and may refuse service when acceptable proof of age cannot be provided.
AquaHolic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe.
Equipment, Hookahs & Damages
The booking client is responsible for damage to AquaHolic Bar & Company property or equipment caused by the client, guests, or event attendees.
If hookah equipment is provided as part of the contracted service, guests are expected to handle the equipment responsibly.
Additional repair or replacement charges may apply when actual damage exceeds the stated fee.
Safety, Conduct & Weather
AquaHolic reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if staff members are threatened, harassed, subjected to dangerous behavior, or placed in unsafe working conditions.
Outdoor events should have an appropriate backup plan when severe weather may affect service.
AquaHolic may modify, postpone, or reschedule services when severe weather or circumstances outside reasonable control make continued service unsafe or impractical.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the required retainer or payment and completing a reservation, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to AquaHolic Bar & Company’s Booking Policies & Terms.
The person completing the reservation is responsible for communicating applicable policies to their guests and ensuring that the event location permits the contracted services.
Thank you for choosing AquaHolic Bar & Company for your special event.
